- An Early Booker rate plan for people who book 30 days or more before their arrival date (the most interesting)
Cancellation conditions: These apply to all rate plans:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the arrival date: refund of 90% of the prepayment
- Cancellation between 29 and 7 days before the arrival date: refund of 50% of the prepayment
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date or “no show”: non-refund of the prepayment

Both the rooms and common areas at the riad are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The terrace has a nice view over Salé to the sea.
